I’d already been using FAM confidently for years, so applying it after birth wasn’t a leap for me.

But when I started teaching postpartum FAM on scale inside Unlocked Fertility four years ago, that’s when the pushback began.

Because most people in the FAM world believed it couldn’t work right after birth.
We proved otherwise.
